The Small Print
We ask for a 25% deposit when booking and payment can be made either by credit or debit card over the phone or by cheque. The booking is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
In the event of your cancelling the booking, we will refund your deposit if you give us over a week's notice If less notice is given, we will do our best to let the room and will refund the difference between the amount you have paid (if it is greater) and the cost of the room for the nights it is not let. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
On arrival, your room will be ready by 2pm but if you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage here and come back later. It would be helpful if you can give us an idea of your arrival time when booking.
We ask that you vacate your room on your departure date by 10.30am. Again if you are not leaving the area until later in the day, you are welcome to leave your luggage here until then.
We operate a No Smoking policy in the house but you are welcome to smoke in the garden. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the tray provided at the side of the house. Please do not bring alcohol into the house or garden.
